My stay at Nox London Lancaster Gate was a good experience! The location is fantastic, with Kensington Gardens just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and I even received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival! However, I found the bed stiffer than I would have liked, which affected my comfort slightly. Overall, it's excellent value for money and I would definitely consider returning! 😊

My stay at the Nox Lancaster Gate was quite a mixed experience. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short stroll to Paddington Station and close to Hyde Park, which I loved. However, the room I was initially given left much to be desired, as it didn't match the pictures online and had cleanliness issues. The staff's service was a low point, particularly the attitude of one employee I encountered. Ultimately, while there were some positives, I can't fully recommend the hotel based on my experience.
