the location be great near train station and public transport. i saw many shops around. the staff was really friendly and helpful. alisha helped me to bring our luggage upstairs. it was very spacious for the value.

the reception attitude was terrible. she got her back up instantly when i had questions. poorly placed wardrobe, i couldnt walk past the bed. coffee and tea sachets be made available, but with no kettle, its frankly suspicious.
