Convenient Stay Close to Paddington
convenient station convenient luggage early restroom
The hotel is near Paddington Station. It made getting around simple. The staff stored my luggage before check-in, which I found convenient. There was also a restroom available arriving early.
The receptionist didn't offer help with my luggage. It was a bit inconvenient as I had to carry it to the room myself. The staircase was also uneven.

The hotel is close to transport links. This made travel easy. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. This gave plenty of options. Hyde Park is within walking distance. It offered a pleasant escape.

some issues, acceptable location
peeling paint rude staff
the location proved convenient for getting around.
My room was not well-kept. I noticed paint peeling off the walls. even worse, i found mold inside the coffee machine, really disgusting. the staff member, a brown-haired woman, was rude, talking back to me and other guests.

friendly staff convenient location clean room
I was grateful for the friendly staff. They were always available and ready to assist. The location was convenient, close to transport and local attractions. I found my room to be very clean, which I greatly appreciate.
I noticed a very slight need for some floor repainting in my room.

The breakfast area offered a selection of cereals, pastries, and fruit. I also saw they provided coffee and tea throughout the morning hours. The food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel provided complimentary Wi-Fi. I appreciate the available luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. It helped me so much. It ensured I could make the most of my day!

great location helpful staff spacious room terrible attitude poorly placed wardrobe no kettle
the location be great near train station and public transport. i saw many shops around. the staff was really friendly and helpful. alisha helped me to bring our luggage upstairs. it was very spacious for the value.
the reception attitude was terrible. she got her back up instantly when i had questions. poorly placed wardrobe, i couldnt walk past the bed. coffee and tea sachets be made available, but with no kettle, its frankly suspicious.
