Convenient Stay Close to Paddington
convenient station convenient luggage early restroom
The hotel is near Paddington Station. It made getting around simple. The staff stored my luggage before check-in, which I found convenient. There was also a restroom available arriving early.
The receptionist didn't offer help with my luggage. It was a bit inconvenient as I had to carry it to the room myself. The staircase was also uneven.
Service
9/10
Staff held luggage. It was helpful. A restroom near the reception was available before rooms were ready. The staff was friendly and efficient, which I appreciated.
Location
10/10
The hotel is close to transport links. This made travel easy. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. This gave plenty of options. Hyde Park is within walking distance. It offered a pleasant escape.
Dining
8/10
The room included coffee and tea. I could make hot drinks in my room. This was especially nice after a long day of travel.

some issues, acceptable location
peeling paint rude staff
the location proved convenient for getting around.
My room was not well-kept. I noticed paint peeling off the walls. even worse, i found mold inside the coffee machine, really disgusting. the staff member, a brown-haired woman, was rude, talking back to me and other guests.
